I am in trouble ppl, there some voices told me that I am gaining. Wahh...I am so stress right now. I have to do somthing...to do my threadmill again...aarrgghhh...I think, I drink fizzy drinks a lot. STOP...STOP...STOP...BUT I just can't help myself. Nyaman banar wah....mm..so sweet...yummy....sshhh...ssshhh....STOP!!! I am really in dilema and mixed emotions right now. STOP EATING....In fact, I didn't eat rice...but yet I am gaining.
