Last month, we had this sharing session at Sekolah Rendah Katok about the student-centered teaching and learning for the introduction of each lesson. So, all the teachers are divided into group and each group have their own subject. We were asked to create one good effective and exciting introduction (induction set)for each of the subject. There was one group who been incharged under Science subject, very simple one, they just show a video for the students for the induction set. New School..New Environment...New Faces
Sorry for not updating my blog lately. Well, got nothing much to share. About the topic???? mm..it is really hard now to say this and that. Talking about my feelings??? I reported myself to my new school last Thursday. Honestly, I did not really feel enthusiasm when I knew that I amgoing to be transfered to the new school. Of course, you are totally cannot picturing and me myself did not what to expect from this school. I have been thinking a lot after I recieved the posting letter. How's the administration, the teachers, the students and the parents...I have been thinking a lot. I am still totally shocked with this new environment, under this new leadership and the new teachers. After I recieved the letter, first thing I did was to find out whereabout is the school's situation, luckily my hubby was with me at that time. Then, once I stepped in my house, I switched on my lappy directly and checked on the school's website. I was glad that someone that I already known for more than 10 years is teaching at the same school but now she is on her maternity leave. I am gonna see her after the second term holiday. At least, there is someone that I know. My relatives and friends keep asking me about the new school. What I have to say is, nothing much to say right now and I am trying to adapt myself into this new environment. Hope everything would be fine and I just wish that I can give my full cooperation to the school. Insya Allah...
P/S: Thanks to the ICT teacher that always support me and give me positive advice about what I have to do in certain situation. She guided me to the ICT room and showed me those students who are having the attitudes problem that I have to be taking care of in the future, we even talked about the SPN-21 assessment thingy that we have to do for the Primary 1 and 4 students. mm....I have no comment about it at the moment except I gave her my shocking face.hehe...but I just pray that I would be able to do my work so well in the future.
